Free workshop: How to Hire Employees

We will provide a free workshop on how to legally and properly hire employees on September 13, 2016, at 9:00 am at the San Pablo Economic Development Corporation. Attendees will learn:

• How to determine if someone is a good match for a specific job and know their potential for growth into other roles

• Practice exercises to evaluate candidates, write legally compliant job ads, review resumes, and conduct legally proper mock interviews

• Legal compliance in the hiring and onboarding process to make sure you cover all your bases
