HomeStreet Bank, San Francisco Superior Court Case No. CGC-18-566640; U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California Case No. 3:18-cv-03629-JD.  Loan Officer Assistant Plaintiff alleged claims for Unlawful Discrimination based on Age; Unlawful Discrimination based on Sexual Orientation; Retaliation—Violation of Labor Code section 1102.5; and Wrongful Termination in Violation of Public Policy.
