Workers' Rights 
We take a collaborative and compassionate approach to our representation of workers as they face some of the worst times of their lives.  We act in your best interests -- sometimes that means streamlining a matter to a quick resolution so you can move on from a negative experience, and other times it means vigorously litigating your matter.  
We provide the following services: 

 

  • Consulting with workers experiencing retaliation, discrimination or harassment, and guiding them through their internal complaint or grievance process with the goal of protecting them from adverse actions, including termination.
     

  • Representing current and former workers in state and federal courts for claims such as retaliation, discrimination, sexual harassment and retaliation for reporting employer illegal activity, among others.
     

  • Representing employees in wage and hour disputes, such as failure to pay wages, commissions, bonuses; failure to pay overtime and failure to provide meal and rest breaks.

 

  • Representing employees in administrative forums, such as the Civil Rights Department and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

 

  • Reviewing and negotiating severance packages.

 

  • Reviewing and consulting on employee, contractor, confidentiality, arbitration and other workplace agreements.
